Recovery is not simply about stopping a behavior. It is about building a life that can be lived consistently and honestly over time.

Rory works one-on-one with clients to create an individualized recovery plan rooted in accountability, spiritual practice, and building daily recovery habits.

Rory offers practical real-world support.

The process begins with taking an accurate appraisal of:

  • patterns of relapse or instability

  • existing recovery structure

  • work and family pressures

  • isolation or burnout

  • compulsive behaviors and self-defeating behaviors

  • previous treatment or recovery experiences

  • current spiritual and emotional state

Working collaboratively, Rory and his clients develop an individual recovery plan tailored to their unique needs.

For example, some may initially need daily contact to prevent falling back into old patterns and self defeating behavior.

Others may benefit from regular weekly sessions focused on accountability, deepening spiritual practice, relapse prevention, and long-term maintenance.

Coaching topics  may include:

  • Weekly or ongoing recovery coaching sessions

  • Alcohol, substance, and gambling recovery support

  • Recovery planning and structure

  • Accountability and check-ins

  • Relapse prevention work

  • 12-step integration and meeting support

  • Spiritual grounding and daily practices

  • Executive and entrepreneur recovery support

  • Guidance through periods of transition, stress, or instability

  • Support reconnecting with recovery community and routine

Abstinence is not the only goal.

Connection, peace, and calm are equally important to sustaining healthy recovery.

Intensive Recovery Support & Recovery Accompaniment

Because every situation is different, intensive support is structured collaboratively based on the client’s needs, level of support required, and overall recovery goals.

Weekly coaching is sometimes not enough.

Rory offers more intensive support for those navigating the treacherous waters of chronic relapse, high-stress corporate positions, or rebuilding careers, family and community ties.

Some situations require more than weekly coaching.

Rory offers higher-touch recovery support for select individuals and families navigating periods of significant instability, chronic relapse, post-treatment transition, or high-risk life circumstances.

This level of support includes hands-on real time accompaniment designed to provide on the ground support during high stress periods of early recovery

  • Increased contact and accountability

  • Daily recovery structure and planning

  • In-person support sessions

  • Meeting accompaniment and recovery integration

  • Transitional stabilization following treatment

  • Recovery-focused travel accompaniment

  • Support during high-risk or destabilizing periods

  • Environmental and routine restructuring

  • Family coordination and communication support when appropriate

Rory’s approach is calm, direct, and straightforward.

The goal is not surveillance or control, but building genuine traction in recovery.

Every person is unique. Every situation they find themselves in is different. Every need for intensive support is met collaboratively.

Family & Intervention Support

For select situations, travel-based support may be available.

Addiction, relapse, and compulsive behavior affect entire family systems — not only the person struggling.

Families and loved ones are often left overwhelmed, exhausted, and confused. They’re unsure how to help without becoming consumed by the chaos themselves.

Rory offers grounded guidance and support for families navigating active addiction, chronic relapse patterns, recovery instability, or difficult transition periods.

This work may include:

  • Family consultation and recovery guidance

  • Education around addiction, recovery, and relapse patterns

  • Support understanding the recovery process and next steps

  • Guidance around communication, boundaries, and accountability

  • Treatment and recovery planning support

  • Coordination with recovery resources when appropriate

  • Select intervention-related support services

Rory’s style with families is calm, direct, compassionate, and practical.

The goal is not to create more pressure, drama, or emotional escalation, but to help create greater clarity, stability, honesty, and a more grounded path forward for everyone involved.
